Refund policy

For rope wares:

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

  • Please report damages or defects within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us at info@thenestlingco.com with your order number, and a photo of the item as it was received.
  • Please include a photo of the box and any packing materials. Photos should be in focus, well-lit, and taken from a distance of 6 –12.”

What items are eligible for return?

  • Any new, unopened, unused items in original packaging. 
  • Within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All items must be returned packed in a shipping box. Items sent without a shipping box that arrive with shipping labels, packing tape, etc. affixed to the product packaging will not be accepted for return.

What items are non-returnable?

  • We do not accept opened items or items that show signs of use.  
  • Gift cards 
  • Final sale items 

How is the refund amount calculated?

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid for the item(s) minus any discounts, and the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.

How will I receive my refund? 

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as an e-gift card credit to The Nestling Co. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be issued.
