Lion

The majestic lion is the king of the savannah and belongs to the big cat family. It is characterized by its powerful build, sandy-colored fur, and thick, dark mane that frames its face. It lives in packs, and its unmistakable lion's roar can often be heard for miles across the savannah. It prefers to hunt at dusk or at night, aided by its particularly good eyesight and hearing. During the day, it enjoys roaming the steppe or meeting up with the HolzWald zebra and giraffe to laze in the sun.
